About the creator
Hi, my name is Sam Liu. I am currently a College student in pursuit of my dream career in being an engineer. I've directed all of my efforts towards becoming an engineer and seek to make the lives of the world better by improving the technology of the world. I have always had interest in the processes of how things are made. I was never interested in the things themselves, I had only attention for the meticulous process of creating its parts and assembling it. Engineers have skills of good analysis and defining a problem. But of course, I think imagination and creativity is the most important trait of an engineer. |
What is less commonly known is that creativity is a skill and any skill can be exercised to become stronger. To exercise my creativity, I often create little trinkets, clay sculptures, or freestyle draw whatever comes to mind. The funny thing is that when people see a drawing, they always try to make sense of it, but in reality it was just a chaotic creation with no meaning at all. I also enjoy playing video games in my free time. Some games allow the players to create their own structures and machines and those are the games that I enjoy the most. Other than video games, I also enjoy playing tennis with some of my friends and creating dishes.

I also like playing music!
Studio Ghibli songs seem to be my favorite. I like music because it's the only time where I can have nothing in my mind. Often times, people are overwhelmed with responsibilities and social relations and sometimes, its good to take a break from white noise of life with just music played from the the very player. In contrast to what I hear while playing, my thoughts remain still and quiet for the duration of the song. |

After living in college for the first time, I've come to meet many new people and many new faces. Each and every one of these people are dear and they all have such great contributions to the world. COVID-19 has made it difficult for friends to hangout normally. But even then, winter frost doesn't reach deep roots.
